You are invited to place an order from this website. You are therefore placing an offer to purchase paintings at the prices shown. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason, including out of date pricing or inability to supply. Where a problem occurs, we will contact you and provide you with your options. We will not accept payment until we are happy that we can fulfill your order at the agreed pricing. Acceptance of your payment and shipping of the painting/s indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Packing and Insurance
Paintings are packed to a very high standard and are insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery.
Delivery Time Frame
Once we have accepted your offer to purchase and processed your payment, we will send you an email to confirm that the paintings have been sent. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of paintings to your address.
Delivery Charges
Freight and insurance charges are included in the price of the painting unless there are special delivery requirements. If you have special delivery requirements please make contact for a quote.

Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel an un-sent order by email or phone. See our contact details for these.
Please choose carefully. If you wish to return a painting you must advise us within 3 days after you have purchased the painting.
The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment can be made Bank transfer (Direct Deposit). Account details will be provided when undertaking a purchase.
